Her words get that laugh from the audience and he can't help but smile. They would definitely think she was a plant now and he loves it. It keeps the Whips from thinking they can make him stop. So long as no one believes the truth, there's nothing they can do. Not by their own rules.

He takes her hand, leading her to the stairs. The lights swirl and flicker as the next trick is prepared for. He leans in close to her.

"Stay around after the show. Someone will come bring you to me," he says in a low, soft voice as he escorts her to her table. "And enjoy the show."
