Hi, Come Here Often? [for inframundo]
Piper couldn't believe this was the first time she'd been to Glastonbury. And yet, somehow, it felt like she'd been here.
Many times before.
And truth be told, she probably had in former lives.
Magic felt alive here and while she was here for a reason (something that would be completed in the next couple of days), she couldn't help but take the moment to soak it all up.
She'd really have to make more of an effort to get out and visit these highly mystical sites in the future.
As long as life doesn't become even more complicated like she was hearing rumors of.
Jordan and she had done the massive tour of England after high school graduation but somehow, they'd never made it here. She'd have to drag the other woman back at the soonest opportunity they had but for now, Jordan would just have to settle for a touristy shot glass that she hoped didn't break on the way back.
Piper glanced at the time and considered her options. She'd have a bite to eat after she went up the Tor and visited St Michael's Tower. With that settled, she made her way through the village and up the Tor, taking her time.

They had spent years across so many countries, causing so much trouble and having so much fun, and they had enjoyed life so much.
Then she was gone.
He hadn't come back here before now, and he's still not even sure why he was there. He just had felt drawn there, traveling all night by sports car along the European roads until he'd found himself there with the sun coming up over the hill.
If he'd admit things to others, he'd talk about the idea of his heart aching but then he would be the first to say his heart was nothing but atrophied and those that knew differently were not there.
Others were making their way through the village and to the Tor. Definitely different than how it used to be, others curious, seeking so much, but fearing the witchcraft of the place. Now no one feared those things. Not when they came here.
Yet one stood out, frowning as he slid his sunglasses off his eyes. Despite the charm he wears, it still burns his eyes as he looks at the woman making her way through the crowd. Her hair is less wild, her clothing mostly more modern, but there's something about her that has him quickening his step to bring him closer to her. Unable to help his curiosity, as he falls into step close to her but not on her heels, watching her manners and how she moves.
